I. Acceptance of Terms

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. III. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, images, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Truth, Justice and Liberty, (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.

X. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUTH, JUSTICE AND FREEDOM NEWS, (BLUE OCEAN MEDIA GROUP, LLC) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

XI. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, to take place in Delaware. You waive your right to participate in a class action. Arbitration fees will be shared unless otherwise required by law.

XII. Termination

Truth, Justice and Freedom News, (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) reserves the right to terminate your access to the Services for violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws, without prior notice.

XIII. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

XV. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Truth, Justice and Freedom News, (Blue Ocean Media Group, LLC) regarding your use of the Services and supersedes any prior agreements.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
